GRISOTUB MS
This fast operating closing appliance is manually or semi-automatic driven.
The GRISOTUB MS is an efficient, manually or semi-automatic driven crimping device for metal tubes. Depending on the tube diameter, 2 to 8 tubes can be sealed in one working cycle. The tube holders used to supply the tubes are custom made. Approximately 10 tube samples per diameter are required to produce the tube holder.
Three types of GRISOTUB MS are available.

HOW THE MANUAL CRIMPERS WORK
GRISOTUB MS-2/3 FOR DOUBLE AND TRIPLE FOLD
The desired folding type is selected by height adjustment. The previously filled tubes are placed on the multiple tube holder. The holder is placed between the sealing guides. The tube ends are then squeezed (avoiding any overpressure in the tube) and are ready to be sealed. After the holder is centered in the unit the closing process is released by rotating the crank twice.
GRISOTUB MS-S FOR SADDLE FOLD
Saddle fold is used when coding of both sides of the fold is required. Furthermore the four folding points provide a better seal. The GRISOTUB MS-S is the only appliance of its kind that produces a saddle fold economically and reliable.
Having sealed the tubes by two turns of the hand crank in the same way described above, the tube holder has to be turned by 180°. A third rotation of the crank produces the saddle fold to securely seal the tube.
HOW THE SEMI-AUTOMATIC CRIMPER WORKS
GRISOTUB MS-M FOR DOUBLE AND TRIPLE FOLD
The desired folding type is selected by simply adjusting the height. The previously filled tubes are placed on the multiple tube holder. The holder is placed between the sealing guides. The tube ends are then squeezed (avoiding any overpressure in the tube) and are ready to be sealed. After the holder is centered in the unit the closing process is released by pushing the buttons on both sides of the appliance. The GRISOTUB MS M allows alternatively double or triple folding.
